Inter Milan forward Alexis Sanchez hopes to get fit again after the international break in September.
Inter Milan striker Alexis Sanchez told Mecca on Tuesday about his rehabilitation process following a calf injury that prevented him from playing games. Kicking off the new season with Genoa, targeting a return to the field after the national team break in September.
Alexis has been injured since the summer, having only been involved in the 2021 Copa America for just 45 minutes due to a calf injury. He is currently in the process of healing and rejuvenation. Aside from missing the opening game of the season in a 4-0 win over Genoa. The 32-year-old was also absent from Friday’s trip to Verona.
Although there is no clear time frame when Alexis will return to the field. But the 32-year-old forward is more optimistic. He should be ready to return to action soon. Its with the hopes of coming after the international break in September.
